What’s free and what isn’t.
We prefer to be upfront about this, because “free” in packaging often hides a fee somewhere else.
- Free: dielines for our standard and custom structures, design help to place your artwork on the dieline, 3D digital proofs, and revisions to the proof before you approve.
- Quoted separately: full brand-new artwork creation (illustration, new branding), physical printed prototypes, rush production and expedited shipping.
- Never hidden: plate and die costs are built into the unit price on your quote — there’s no surprise setup line added after approval.

No. Send a logo and brand colors and our designers can lay out the box. If you have finished artwork, we check it and prepare it for print.

What is a 3D proof?
An interactive digital model of your box with your artwork applied, so you can check every panel before printing.
Can I get a sample before ordering?

How fast can you produce boxes?
Standard production is typically 8–10 business days after proof approval for folding cartons and mailers. Rush production is available on many orders.
