Where to read our reviews.
Independent review platforms are the most reliable place to read about any supplier, because the business doesn’t control them. Links to our profiles on independent review platforms appear in the site footer and on our contact page as they go live.
If you’re evaluating us for a large order, ask your specialist for references from customers with similar projects — we’ll connect you with customers who have agreed to speak about their experience.
Our review policy.
- We don’t write or buy reviews. The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) prohibits fake reviews and buying positive ones, and we wouldn’t want them anyway.
- We don’t gate reviews. We ask every customer for feedback, not just the happy ones.
- We don’t suppress negative reviews. We reply to criticism and fix what we can.
- We disclose incentives. If we ever offer anything in exchange for a review, it’s for an honest review of any rating, and it’s disclosed.
