Returns & Reprint Policy
Custom packaging is made to your specification, so returns work differently from off-the-shelf products. Here’s what’s covered and how to report a problem.

Custom products
Because every order is printed with your artwork and made to your dimensions, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, or for errors in artwork, copy, dimensions or specifications that you approved on the proof. Please review your proof carefully.
What is covered
We will reprint or refund the affected boxes if:
- the printing, color or finish differs materially from the approved proof (allowing for normal variation between screen and print, and between print runs);
- the boxes have manufacturing defects such as incorrect die-cutting, failed glue lines or cracked folds;
- the boxes are damaged in transit and the damage was reported as described below;
- the quantity delivered is short of the invoiced quantity beyond normal industry tolerance.
Color and quantity tolerances
Small color variation is normal in printing. Color is matched as closely as possible to the approved proof; for exact brand color, specify Pantone colors. Industry practice allows a small over- or under-run on custom print orders; your quote states any tolerance that applies.
How to report a problem
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact page.
- Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos showing the issue and the shipping cartons.
- Keep the boxes and packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim — we may ask for samples to be returned.
Resolution
After review we will offer a reprint of the affected quantity or a refund for it. We aim to resolve claims promptly and will keep you updated.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no charge before production begins. After materials are cut or printed, costs already incurred are payable.
